Graduating in a year and had clinical placements at SickKids. I don't really want to work in any other specialty other than pediatrics. I'm thinking of getting PALS and NRP certified. Anything else I can do to optimize my resume? I have a lot of experience with kids outside of nursing (teaching, camp, tutoring etc.) but did not do an externship. Thanks!
