My dog (15.5 kg, corgi) had bladder surgery a few days ago (cystotomy to remove 20ish stones). Its been 1.5 days since surgery, she was passing urine fine with a decent amount of blood first hours but the blood kept getting less and less. Last day she passed urine decently, but this night she was restless, passed a few clots with her urine (but at least there was urine), but since 5am she hasnt passed any urine not even drops even tho she strains a lot. its been almost 3 hours now, i cannot reach our vet and there is no vet available reasonable driving distance (as in i can make it there and back in time) that works today (national holiday). i am worried a clot is stuck and i have no idea what to do, i am trying my best to get her to the vet but noones open or picking up the phone.
