I got one yesterday so painful because my seat was lowered too low by a family member and I rode it for 8km to work. Seething pain and white bump where my leg meets my rear.

However I need to cycle to get back to work this week but cannot imagine even looking at a bike for weeks.

Any experiences with saddle sores?

I don’t wear kits (I was in cotton sweatpants, no undies) but now I’m considering specific cycling shorts.
