Caddy Moving unethical business practices
This company is very corrupt. I accepted a moving job last week for a customer. In the Ad, it specified that I would be "Unpacking" the customer's boxes. However when I arrived to the location the customer had already unpacked everything. There were no boxes in sight. Everything was all over the place. At this point the customer began to instruct me to place items in different areas which I did. Then the customer took a 30 minute phone call while I was just standing there waiting to be told what to do next. After about 3 hours, I informed the customer that I did not agree to be an organizer. I advised the customer that he would probably be better off hiring a maid. I contacted Caddymoving and explained the situation to them and told them I was going to be leaving the job earlier as a result. They paid me $10 for 3 hours of work. And when I tried to file an appeal about it they denied me. Stay away from this shady business. Have also heard numerous complaints from customers as well while I was on moving job assignments.
