What a difference a professional can make

Girl with the bad hardwood floors again - I had several boards that needed to be replaced, but these folks have worked wonders on my floors and I couldn’t be happier. I started tearing up after seeing the stain on it and no more nasty dog spots. (No issues with pups, i had a pup but i walked him) I don’t think my peroxide treatment helped much, but the difference is so meaningful to a first time home buyer to bring the floors back. Any critiques? Feel free to say I should have left the linoleum/tile/carpets.

Can peroxide fix these stains?

Person with horrible flooring story here - just checking in. The pro’s have sanded the floors and put in swatches. I really would like to have the lightest, original color with no stain. I’m afraid I may need to go very dark though due to the deep pet stains. Is there any hope that peroxide could address this? I asked them as well and they seemed fine with me trying it. I have some pics of what it did elsewhere - I will be very careful with application as to not create a halo.

Hi folks, horrible floor individual here. I have 2 quotes from professionals but I’m hoping for 2 more tomorrow. I’m not looking for a cheap job. Just the right job. No discussion on enzyme treatment aside from it not being needed. I think given that both were only in the space for 15-20 mins I’m skeptical, but one pointed at damaged spots and suggested how to treat them, while the other continued to suggest a dark stain. This place is definitely damaged by pet stains. I’m I a remote area so things are a bit more expensive I assume.
