Will pcos hairfall make you bald at some point??

I have had persistent moderate acne for like 3 years ,So I have been on accutane for about a month and my skin is clearing. I don't experience any purging.

Since my acne is hormonal I'm afraid that I will relapse as severely as before.

Anyone who has been on accutane how is your experience with it??
