Hey there, last night I took a .5 dose (10mg bottle, 1ml bac) for the first time ever. I woke up at 4 am sweating like crazy and couldn’t sleep, and felt so bad (brain foggy and chest tightness with a bunch of anxiety with tingly feelings) I had to call into work for being sick. I feel terrible and hope I don’t feel like this long term.

Any solutions or ways to avoid this let me know. Thank you in advance.
