I have developed my first Chrome extension. However, after launching it, I realized that I lack visibility into who is visiting my website and who has actually installed my extension. While I have attempted to use Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the default statistical dashboards provided by the Google Web Store, I still feel the need for more insights.
Additionally, I find these platforms to be quite complex and, most importantly, they often present data with delays. For instance, if someone visits my website or extension page right now, I may not receive that information for several days.
I am considering building a simple, free admin dashboard that can be linked to any website. This dashboard would provide real-time insights into user activity with clear and understandable metrics.
