hi there! this is a rickenbacker i’ve been working on for a while. i dropped the white piece and it broke right before soldering. i don’t have another white piece big enough to replace this one and i don’t want a solder line there. i am considering grinding where it broke, supergluing it, and foiling the back since it will not be seen. i know that’s not the best practice, but i was hoping to finish it and give it as a gift for a friend tomorrow. any advice is appreciated! thank you in advance.
