I’ve been dieting for 13 years lol. On and off obviously bad relationship with food. I’m serious this time I want my child to be healthy as well and to see a healthy mom. I’m on a GLP-1, go to the gym at least 3x a week and if I don’t I’m out there walking my butt off getting in the steps and it’s been working. What hasn’t is my diet I’m still eating junk just less, I’ve always been told what you put in has to be less than what you put out.

She explained how carbs, protein and fat work. It sounds great but I’m looking up TT videos and most are saying you should at least count calories and macros I haven’t found any saying just macros. She said she’s had clients lose weight and she’s the expert. I’m just worried I might be steered wrong. Anyone count Marcos only? She also wants me to intermittent fast and we are discussing the order in which I eat foods.
