the website is not even opening ??? wth is happening

I submitted a request yesterday. I can no longer see it on my profile. My requests/messages everything is empty. And the (expedite button) is no longer there. Like I can’t even submit a new one. My email is empty. I checked spam and everything. Is this normal????😭😭😭
