Positive experience with Framework support
I know most posts about the framework support are usually complaints or negative experiences, so I wanted to share a positive one as well.
I recently had to contact Framework support, and the experience was honestly really good. A lot of the troubleshooting itself was pretty standard “try this / follow these steps” stuff, but the replies were super fast and I never had to repeat steps I had already done, which made the whole process way less frustrating.
It felt like they were actually paying attention to the conversation and keeping things moving instead of dragging it out unnecessarily.
Just wanted to give the Framework support team some positive feedback because good experiences deserve recognition too!
