Working at TCS India, and have received admit to MBA college here in India, my manager was in loop from Jan and he knew that I would bot be available post may, and he is supportive of it.
I have put in resignation on 23rd of April and my scheduled LWD is on July 20th, but my college reporting is on 14th June and they are asking for experience letter, Reliving letter from my current company, inspite of my manager agreeing for relase my may 31st my HR is saying ER is not possible, no clear reason stated just saying that ER cases are not approved by higher up's.
Negotiate for ER by being one NP (what are my chances)
Apply for Sabbatical and then apply resignation, (not sure on this route like when I can apply for resignationand by when will release be granted, college seniors also not sure, had read somewherethat it might affect my placement as Placecomm might not consider ppl on Sabbatical).
Currently have scheduled a meeting with my HR and Manager for next week.
