hello, looking for some tips on SV OU! I actually did play it a while back, but i sucked and haven't played in a while.

What are some things that you think are mandatory in a team? How should you make predictions in a match? Are Garchomp and Tyranitar good again? How do you build teams around specific pokemon? What qualities would make a pokemon good in the tier? Should i play agressive or defensive?

a lot of this will tell you im also quite new to competetive pokemon, and you'd be right. i know the general terminology like OU means Over-Used. This might not be the place to post but I was searching about competetive pokemon and this came up, so i hope im not out of place.
