I just completed 12th class and got 63 percentage and I want to go for CSE. I visited the campus and the campus was good but my only concern is about the on campus placement opportunities and Education. If you know anything about this, guide me through it

I just completed python(not DSA) and my senior suggested me to start Web Development now. Should I start web dev or should I learn C++(or any other language) then go for DSA in it as I have completed my class 12 and most probably I would get into tier 3 college so suggest me according to it.
