So I’ve been on accutane for the past few months (currently at 80 mg), and I have the standard dryness and burning lips. However, within the past 3 weeks I started to feel an occasional stabbing pain on my lips. They’ve been in random parts of my lip, but no redness or bleeding ends up being there. Part of me wonders if it’s neuropathy since I had jaw surgery in October of 2024, or if it’s something else. I still can’t fully feel my bottom lip (the stabbing pain there is more dull), but I can completely feel my top lip; which has had stabbing pain 1-2 times. Has anyone had similar pain before?
