Need a help for Indian hope mauritians are humble enough to help
Hello actually I’m from India who is studying in Mauritius, I buyed a second handle bike from local Mauritian who resides in good land for 45 k Mur problem started later , bike is in good condition and everything but the buy who sold bike failed transform the bike documents into my name and when I asked he told Roger’s capital is not allowing him to transfer it into my name he promised to pay back money but after 6 - 7 months he blocked me everywhere and one day suddenly he contact’s me saying that he is Seychelles he got divorced he had pay some amount for his wife for his daughter custody he needs some time to pay so he would pay in instalments me being a emotional fool I agreed listening to his emotional words but know again he has blocked, can anyone give me suggestions what can I do know or how can I take my bike custody or can I drive without insurance and paper ? Pls any suggestions allowed pls help me
