The weird things I think up.

So ufo disclosure is all the rage now and it's got me thinking about what changes alien contact would make on the world.

Especially if the contact led to an Alien Nation type of integration where they just chill with us on planet earth.

Technology aside...let's face it government would come up with any excuses on why we can't reverse engineer zero point energy... I think that the most important changes would have to be laws regarding alien and human relationships.

They would probably have to adjust all kinds of things because some planets have different calenders so some aliens would be fourty earth years old and be from some planet where they are actually minors.

Nevermind that they look like those little mummified apples kids can make in arts and crafts.

Think anime logic in the worst possible way.

The 300 year old dragon/elf queen thing, iykyk .

Let's not forget about the education system. Anatomy classes would become comically complicated.

Medicine is another issue, government would come up with excuses on why we should not trust the cure for AIDS and cancer that the aliens gave us, testing must be done on it first.

And..it's gone! Yup,angry scientist was going to get laid off... yada yada, stole the only sample and we can't seem to find him nowhere. Oh well. But we promise we're searching extra hard for him.

Imagine what restaurants would be like! "Waiter my meal has crawled off the plate again."

And the porn ...how would we know what we were even looking at?

Yeah I think that it would be best if they just stayed on whichever asteroid their bases is on.

First there was the car crash. Then the blindness.

Then the pain that thankfully, eventually faded.

When my vision returned all I saw was glass.

I find myself in a maze of glass. Except the glass is black, like walls of crude oil that glint like glass instead of ripple and churn.

Everything, the walls, the floor, and the ceiling. It's all pitch black.

I'm infinitely reflected back at myself in an endless sea of nothingness.

I can never see an obvious source of light, but there must be in order for me to see my reflections.

I traverse the maze, endlessly. The further I travel the harder it is for me to remember.

I have forgotten so many things already, sometimes they come to me in quick flashes.

There and gone, almost as fast as I can register them.

Soon I will likely forget my name.

Eventually, only the reflective void will await me.

I wonder if I will still recognize the man that will be shown to me in the end.
