I’ve had this issue at about 15 hours into the game, when I load into the game I only get about 30 fps. I have to restart my computer and relaunch the game multiple times and then suddenly it goes back to normal fps, around 70. I do have a lot of mods installed including Sim Settlements 2 all chapters, but I would assume save bloat or a lot of mods would cause a gradual reduction in FPS as opposed to random low fps that corrects itself after relaunching a few times.

Any idea what could be causing it or any tips? I can post my mod list too when I get back to my computer.
