I think I know the answer to this q…but for kids on the maintenance dose for OIT, do you just have a two hour block forever where your kid can’t run around?

Anyone’s kid achieved remission from cashew/pistachio after OIT? Our doctor said it’s possible.curious if this mean you live without EpiPen and can freely eat your allergen food.
