27F, 5’4”, around 140 lbs. I walk a lot daily and lift weights 3–4x/week. but I’ve been trying to lose some overall body fat. I don’t currently track macros or calories super closely — I mostly just try to eat healthy and stay active and only eat until Im satisfied.
I’m attaching photos because I feel like my stomach/midsection still holds a lot of softness/puffiness even though I’m active. My goal is more of that lean/shredded/tight stomach look. My question is should I keep losing weight or try to build? TIA ( PICS HERE https://imgur.com/a/oxTQ54f )
