Hey yall so ive been dealing with post tib (grade 1) for about a month now. It started during a half marathon training block after a pretty hard track workout. For the past month ive been going to PT and doing strength exercises at home and gym. My PT still has me running zone 2 intervals of 8 min and 2 min break/walk and slowly progressive overloading the length of running. The weird thing is no matter the intervals the pain still creeps up around the 20 min mark every time. I usually stop and stretch when that happens and it gives me relief for about 5 min then it creeps back in to a 1–2 again.
Ive been running for about 2 years now, ive ran 2 full marathons last year and 3 halfs. I had to defer my most recent half because of this and i didnt want to make it worse. I have 0 to little pain with everyday walking and activities but it always comes back when running 20 minutes ish. Has anyone experienced something like this? This injury is driving me nuts
