I am not sure if i have a problem. I think i do but im not sure. After work I like to have 3 x double rums and coke at home. On weekends I still drink this and maybe more. I think i do have a problem but im not sure how to stop this. I've asked my wife to make pitchers of lemonade and I can drink that Instead. Do you think this will work?

EDIT: thank you to everyone who took the time to share with me. I asked my wife to pour away my rum earlier and she has. I will replace it with soda water and lime atleast at the start. Never liked soda water so hopefully it will feel like medicine.

A part of me wishes I decided to do this not on a friday night but I guess this is the best time if im serious about it. Thank you all again
