33F, 5’11”. Lifting 3x/week, ~130-140g protein (successful with this like 40% of the time) Sharing because actual numbers helped me when I was deciding.
Lipids:
• Cholesterol Total: 236 → 185
• LDL: 141 → 100
• HDL: 73 → 75
• Trig: 128 → 62
Liver:
• ALT: 37 (was flagged) → 17
• AST: 28 → 17
A1c stable at 5.0. Fasting glucose 86 → 80.

The thing that actually got me was the vitals. RHR was 80-88 for years. I thought that was just me. Now it’s 68 (and that’s after two espressos). BP went from 120/80 to 105/70.

Didn’t realize how hot my body had been running until it stopped. The anxiety reduction is real too, can’t quantify it but it’s there.

Stating weight 210, current weight 184… I don’t think I wanna lose that much even though I’m technically still overweight.
