Finally saw the car that has been reving its engine and dangerously racing through Ballard tonight. Caught a video of him going through the light at 24th and 57th. After this he spun his tires out so long at 57th and 26th the whole intersection was clouded in smoke. 30 mins later and my whole house still smells like burned rubber.

I didn’t get video of it but he came so close to hitting someone earlier this evening. Called the cops. Hope you do too if you see it.
