Hello,

I currently have zero knowledge about perfumery, so I’d really appreciate any guidance.

I’ve always wanted to make my own perfume as a hobby. I usually buy inspired fragrances, and the one I wear most is an inspiration of JPG Le Beau Le Parfum/Le Beau Paradise.

I’d love to try making a clone of it myself, purely for personal use and learning not for starting a brand or selling in bulk.

I have a few beginner questions:

- What tools and equipment would I need if I only want to make one perfume for myself?
- Where can I learn about or possibly find a formula similar to this fragrance?- What ingredients or materials would I need to get started?
- Are there any beginner mistakes I should avoid?
- Any general advice for someone completely new to perfume making?

I’m sure there are important things I haven’t even thought to ask yet, so I’d really appreciate any guidance from people with experience.

Thanks in advance!
