Continuing Ed for PTA

I'm a new grad PTA and I've been practicing in outpatient Ortho for about 8 months now. There is so much information that I still need to learn. My PTA program basically taught me how to pass the boards, then I was thrown to the wolves. I'm looking for resources to explain various diagnoses, as well as which exercises to do and why. I've been struggling with different ideas for interventions. I also want to get better at patient education and explain why I'm having them do certain exercises. I looked into the EIM Ortho program, and it's over $3000. Are there any free or less expensive resources out there?
