My parent has a person living in their house who is shady and taking advantage of my parent. There’s no lease in place and “rent” is supposed to be in the form of help around the house- which has not been happening. This person has been there for over a year and supposedly has a plan to move out, but their plan timeline keeps extending into the future over and over again. I’m looking for any and all feedback on how to get this person out of my parent’s house.
