I (17F) had the worst hairfall of my life , like hair literally everywhere around the house, my family was so done with me 😭 I went to a doctor and she just brushed it off which made things worse. Finally saw another doctor and turns out my Vitamin D was at 3ng/ml which is severely low.
Been on supplements for a few weeks now but my hair is still thin and damaged to the roots. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take to see actual improvement? And what actually helped you get your hair healthy again?
Just want to know there's light at the end of this tunnel 😭
My parents think that i got teachers nte shaapam.
Dont get me wrong i was the class topper and all . I was that nallakutty of the school but i used to kuttam parayal about the teachers to my parents like ''avar maryaakk padippikkunnillaa'' and about the partiality they show and bleh bleh
I wrote NEET this year (first attempt) and i kinda fucked it up . Now my parents think that teachers nte shaapam is the reason for my downfall.
