Been looking at doing a trip down to Spain this year but when I start adding everything up (fuel, hotels, time off work etc) it’s getting a bit mad.

Part of me still wants to ride it for the experience, but I’ve heard a few people are just sending their bikes and flying instead.

Anyone here done that? Worth it or does it take away from the whole trip?
