my doctor told me I have very high Cholesteral. I don’t smoke, drink, nor eat junk food except occasional crunchy Cheetos and plain chips 1-2X per month. I am lactose intolerant so don’t drink eat cow dairy. l basically eat salads berries steak salmon. so idk how this happened. I cook with avocado oil IF I fry anything. I asked if stress could cause my LDL to raise and she said No stress had No effect on cholesterol. However. I’m now reading how it has a massive effect. WHOWAAA VA hospital. they want me in statins and I said NO. everyone I have seen ends up in 10 different meds by years end and dead within two years if they were lucky. I don’t take meds but even Motrin or aspirin. I’ve never taken anything except Motrin for a few months in military. last two months iv been taking a food based vitamin.

any advice would be great. I’m kinda scared I’m not young yet I’m not old enough to die yet. I still have a good 30-40 yrs left typically.
