We are looking for a UK-based sales partner to handle outbound and closing for our web development services to UK small and medium businesses.
What we deliver:
- Custom websites, web apps, e-commerce, internal tools
- Stack: React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL
- Typical project size: £1,000–£15,000
- In-house team, not subcontractors, fast turnaround, code we own
The role:
- Outbound to UK SMEs (cold call, email, LinkedIn, your channel mix)
- Qualify, demo, close
- Hand off to our delivery team after sign-off
- Optional: ongoing account management on closed clients (paid separately)
Compensation:
- 35% commission on closed deal value
- 20% recurring on any maintenance/retainer revenue
- No hours, no reporting overhead, fully self-directed
- Paid within 3 days of client payment landing
- £15 per hour
You can fully white-label.
Requirements:
- UK-based or native English with strong UK market familiarity
- Self-managed and comfortable working with an overseas delivery team
