I attended the Friday night Sox game and arrived around an hour before first pitch. As we approached the Sox lot, we were flagged down by what appeared to be Sox parking attendants (wearing high viz vests) within 50 yards of the lot entrance. They came up to the car window with the same card scanner you’d expect to see and acted like they were directing us into the lot.
Our card was declined and they said oh just give us cash … that’s when we knew it was a scam.

$3,000 is what they tried to run through our credit card!

I told the Sox official attendants when we got in and they acted like those scammers were there all the time.

How have the Sox not shut this down!!? Unbelievable.
