hello!
it would be wonderful if anyone can help me with this. we got this inverter almost two years ago ajd it genuinely never worked. within 4 months of purchase we had to send it back to the service center, even now we have to get it fixes every 2/3 months, if it rains it stops working. repairmen are always puzzled because they say its working fine. we have a system of 1kv and a large battery but its never worked for out load of 2 acdc fans, light savers and two mobile chargers. it also charges through KE when we have electricity and through solar the whole day. im attaching an image of the inverter, if anyone can give me advice on if i should just change it atp or get it fixed and if i buy a new one what would you recommend?
