I just bought my first-ever IEMs, how do I clean the mesh part?

So I just bought my first IEMs, and I have been using them for almost 4 weeks. They are great :D. If you are wondering, they are the KZ ZSN Pro X. The problem is I want to clean them without damaging them. I clean the silicon pretty regularly after each wear, but I realized that I need to clean the mesh part, and now it's 4 weeks' worth of gunk and earwax on the mesh. Is there any way I could clean it without damaging them? Preferably without specific tools because I live somewhere where IEMs aren't popular at all, so I will have to internationally ship them, which will get really expensive.
