I feel like I'm going crazy lol, does anyone else have VM like this?

So the gist of my story is that 3 months ago I went to the gym, got super nauseous when doing pullups, went and threw up, and threw up the next morning and have been nauseous and very motion sensitive for the past 3 months. I've been losing weight, having a hard time keeping my appetite up, really hard time keeping up with grad school, overall really struggling.

I went to multiple ENTs who thought it was VM but I don't really get that dizzy? I don't get classic vertigo, no room spinning, I get a little dizziness maybe but really minimal.

The first neurologist I went to said BPPV, but the vestibular therapist says definitely not BPPV, and no migraine meds have worked thus far. The only thing that works is scopolamine, which is a lifesaver for occasional use, but really not a drug I want to be on all the time. Definitely not good for long term brain health.

I just don't feel like I'm dizzy enough to fit into most VM stories I see people telling, but they seem quite convinced so I'll go with it. I just am so sick all the time I don't want to be going down the wrong path, and I'm getting a bit hopeless about the whole thing.

Does anyone else have VM with mostly just nausea? Like 6-8 hours a day of being motion sick without much dizziness?
