Hi buds, genuine question, I am a GP trainee ST2 , I usually prefer semi-formal dress for my gp rotation but attended a VTS where a GP consultant was presenting communication skills and body language he said he usually likes to wear jeans or dress more casually to mirror his patients and so that they do not feel intimidated. I thought to give it a try so wore a jeans but with semi-formal top and got told off (sort of) on the dress code by one of my practice's GP. I see so many GPs wearing same scrubs daily
My question is , is there really an unspoken rule or dress code which we should adhere to.
