No known history of PCOS, high retrieval count. Should I be worried?

I’ll start out by saying I know this is a privileged position to be in, and I don’t want to be insensitive to others who are struggling. Thinking of all of you and wishing us all a successful healthy journey. But curious as to whether I should be concerned…

32yo and had my retrieval last week. I had 61
Eggs retrieved. Throughout the monitoring process I seemed to be on the right track - trending “normal”/positive, both with blood work and scans. Prior to starting stims my AMH was 3.28. My 2nd scan after stims they told me they saw 11 on one side and 9 on the other. During hormones I didn’t feel that off, just a little bloated. After procedure I was cramping but nothing crazy either. After that second scan they weren’t focusing on count but more so on size/growth. So they seemed very surprised with my number.

I don’t think I have a history of PCOS but it’s hard to know… I’ve been on birth control for so much of my life. I’m not particularly skinny, not overweight. My cholesterol is slightly high. Some acne, nothing major. And I get the occasional facial hair.

Anyone have anything similar? Looking on here, it sounds like either the docs were irresponsible with my meds or I have PCOS. But I’m not sure
