Has anyone ever disputed a grade and then received an email stating the while the review is underway, the case is temporarily closed while the Office of Community Standards is reviewing the project to determine if a violation of the academic integrity policy occurred?

This is my first time disputing a grade because I genuinely feel I was given an unfair score. I sent in all the required documents including proof of communication with the professor.

The Turnitin score was 20%. I was just curious if this was apart of the dispute process for them to review the paper for academic integrity?
