I’ve got a negative feedback slandering me as liar and untrustableseller and scammer. I apologized for the miscommunication, stated that CASE ONLY was stated in the title as well as in the description. But if he’d like to cancel the order and request a refund, I would refund him in full. I’m assuming that’s what he will want since I haven’t shipped over the weekend. Did I handle it ok? And how do I get the untrue negative feedback taken down?
