Has anyone hiked twin falls recently?

I am hoping to go with my husband and kids, but wasn’t sure if the rain affected the trails. The website doesn’t have too much information. Also curious if the gnats are out of control there because a lot of our trip we have been swarmed with gnats!

Not planning to swim in the water, just wanting to do the hikes and see the falls. Thanks!
