Lately I’ve been struggling with my hair. It feels really good, fluffy and soft after I go out of the shower but after 3-4 hours my hair starts to lose volume and it starts to feel rough and not smooth at all. It also doesn’t want to hold any shape I give it. Does someone know what the problem is? I’m using the shampoo and conditioner from balea med ultrasensitive (German brand).
