Discharge and Loss of Symptoms Concern - 8 weeks
I’m 8 weeks 4 days with my first pregnancy and I feel like I’m going crazy. I’ve been nauseous almost every day since 6 weeks and today I haven’t really felt any nausea symptoms. I started taking unisom at 7 weeks to help me sleep through the night and that also helps my overnight nausea.
Last week, I started having tannish brown discharge and when I contacted OB, they told me to reach out if it increased or turned bright red. Yesterday and today, it’s been happening again.
I will have random twinges and cramping but everything is mild and feels like tightness or pulling but I’m still worried.
I had an ultrasound at 7 weeks and baby was measuring exactly how it was supposed to be and had a healthy heartbeat. Doctor literally called it “perfect.” I don’t have another appointment for another 11 days and that’s just a heartbeat check.
Doctor says it’s normal and so does chat GPT but I can’t help feeling this impending sense of doom since this discharge started.
I guess I’m looking for some reassurance.
