I’m planning to invest in Hyderabad real estate and might even relocate there in a few years. My budget is approximately ₹2-3.5 Cr, and I’ve been primarily focusing on Tellapur, Kollur, and Osman Nagar areas (near ORR).

I’m curious to know if this region still has potential for growth or if it’s already becoming too expensive.

Regarding my budget, I’m considering whether to opt for a flat, villa, or plot.

Additionally, if there are any promising or upcoming projects in this area that are reliable, I’d greatly appreciate your recommendations.
