When playing a timeline, the video pauses at random moments, Adobe Premier Pro 2025

This is not a lag, it's a bug. The project is not heavy, and the video is in Full HD format. I've been dealing with this issue for a week, and it's preventing me from properly dubbing and editing the video. This issue is not limited to a single project; it occurs in other projects as well. Please help me
