So i've been trying to become a morning person. Closest gym is right across my house. I was going to gym after 9pm mostly and it is pretty quiet and nice. I thought one day if I wakeup early in the morning it might make me more productive. I decided to wakeup at 4:30 am today and was at the gym at 5am. Gym is fully packed all treadmills are occupied. I stepped on the elliptical waited for one and only smith machine to be free waited for 10 minutes then gave up and left. I cant wakeup earlier than this and might go back to evening workouts.

What time does everyone go to the gym? And is your gym this packed early morning?

PS: I work from 8am-4pm

Need some good hard wax kit recommendations. I currently have $40 amazon vivva it's ok but temperature control is hard and the wax kit came with is not good quality - comes out in pieces and is painful 😣. I found these two online. May recommendations would be appreciated.
