honestly curious what's actually working for people here. feels like every week there's a new tool being pushed and i can't tell what's useful vs hype anymore.

if you're using tools in your business — for support, content, admin, whatever — what's actually saving you time or money? and what did you try that turned out to be a waste?

also curious if you're using off-the-shelf stuff or built something custom.

What's actually working for you to get SaaS customers in 2026?

Honest question for founders here.

I keep seeing the same advice everywhere — "build in public," "do cold outreach," "post on Twitter." But I want to know what's actually working RIGHT NOW for real people.

If you got customers in the last 3 months, what channel did they come from?

  • Cold email?
  • LinkedIn?
  • Reddit?
  • SEO?
  • Paid ads?
  • Word of mouth?
  • A specific community?

Lots of hype around AI in ecommerce, chatbots, product descriptions, customer support, recommendations, etc.

Most of the AI tools I see are built Shopify-first, and WooCommerce gets treated like an afterthought.

For those running WooCommerce stores: are you using any AI tools today? What's actually useful, what's overhyped, and where do you wish there was better support for WooCommerce specifically?
