Anyone have a solution for this?
So, recently I was randomly logged me out of my account, it said my session expired, and because I created the account years ago, l've forgotten the password. I've reached out to TikTok support because when I try to reset my password it keeps saying 'unrecognized device! Support has unfortunately not been the easiest to work with, and several of my tickets have been closed without fix. Now when I try opening new tickets it starts out fine, they will ask for information and I will provide them with the details I have, but their next reply is always a message saying "unable to take any further action at this time."
I thought maybe it was a security lock, since the information I provided for account recovery may not be matching the information on their records so I waited a week to see if it had a cooldown period, but they are still sending that message.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I am just trying to recover my account, and l've tried asking if I can submit different forms of verification because I do have some, but it just keeps looping and sending that same "unable to take any further"
