If you click on multiple death coins their menus stack on top of each other, causing them to all activate at the same time. Guess I should thank the dev team for not thinking to put a cancel button on the death coin menu or i may not have found that lol

Also, something strange I noticed: I had to get that bear trap because when doing the exploit the first time Toy Freddy killed me. I got enough tokens from Pirate Plunder to get four death coins, there's no way i didn't beat his high score lol.
