I’ve been looking into using Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram) to find motivated sellers and wanted to hear from people actually doing it.

How much do you usually spend to get started?

Is it worth it compared to things like cold calling or driving for dollars?

What kind of results are you getting (leads, deals, etc.)?

Are the leads actually motivated or just curious homeowners?

What kind of ads seem to work best?

I’m trying to figure out if this is something worth getting into or if it’s just another way to burn money if you don’t know what you’re doing.

Any advice or real experiences would help a lot.
